Role Description
The Operations Manager serves as a key leader in managing and enhancing the operational aspects of our travel services. This individual will oversee departmental processes, ensure operational efficiency, manage client itineraries, communicate with suppliers and vendors, and resolve travel-related challenges. They will also work on optimizing workflows and cross-functional collaboration to enhance service delivery. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and operational management skills, with the ability to oversee teams and processes efficiently.
- Experience in client relations and customer service within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in supplier and vendor negotiations and contract management.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle travel-related issues in a timely manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with international stakeholders and teams.
- Understanding of travel logistics and destination management is preferred.
- Proficiency in relevant travel industry software or CRM tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
