Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Operations Manager to oversee and lead MarketStar’s Reddit program operations. The role includes responsibility for managing day-to-day operational activities, setting and achieving performance goals, leading a team, resolving challenges to ensure operational efficiency, and reporting to stakeholders. The Operations Manager will also implement strategies to enhance program outcomes and ensure alignment with client expectations.
