About Position:
We are seeking a Ops Manager to design and build while ensuring secure enterprise authentication. This role focuses on IAM, Managing team You will work on production-grade AI systems that require monitoring, guardrails, security, and cost/token optimization, while handling real world operational issues that appear only after deployment.

What You'll Do:
- Own end-to-end IAM service delivery across enterprise and cloud platforms
- Manage access provisioning, identity lifecycle (JoinerMoverLeaver), SSO, MFA, and PAM operations
- Ensure SLA/KPI adherence, operational excellence, and continuous service improvement
- Handle critical incidents (Sev 0/1), escalations, and drive root cause analysis (RCA)
- Lead IAM governance, including access reviews, audits, and compliance alignment
- Define and enforce access control models (RBAC, least privilege)
- Act as primary stakeholder contact, driving service reviews, reporting, and executive updates
- Manage customer onboarding, transitions, and steady-state delivery operations
- Provide technical oversight for IAM solutions (Azure AD/Entra ID, AWS IAM, Okta, Ping Identity)
- Ensure proper implementation of SSO, MFA, federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
- Drive automation and efficiency improvements using PowerShell, Python, or related tools
- Lead and mentor IAM teams, ensuring resource planning and performance management
- Ensure 24x7 support readiness and operational stability
- Identify and implement process improvements, innovation, and IAM transformation initiatives
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Core IAM & Technical Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Access Management & Identity Lifecycle Management
- IAM tools: Azure AD (Entra ID), AWS IAM, Okta, Ping Identity
- Protocols: SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect
- Directories: Active Directory, LDAP
- Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Service Delivery & OperationsProven experience in end-to-end service delivery ownership
- Expertise in incident, change, and release management (ITIL framework)
- Strong understanding of SLA/KPI-driven operations and governance
- Governance & ComplianceExperience in IAM governance frameworks, audits, and compliance
- Knowledge of security standards and regulatory requirements
- Ability to enforce RBAC and least privilege models
- Leadership & Stakeholder ManagementExperience managing cross-functional teams and global delivery models
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle escalations, risks, and complex delivery environments
- Automation & TransformationExposure to automation tools (PowerShell, Python, scripting)
- Ability to drive IAM transformation, innovation, and operational efficiency
