Job Description
Role Overview
The role will be responsible for end-to-end management of all retail finance operations across DriveX’s stores and digital channels. This role combines execution leadership with process ownership — ensuring high finance penetration, efficient coordination with lender partners, and real-time performance visibility. The person will operate with significant independence, working closely with sales and finance leadership to drive daily operations, reporting, and partner governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership
- Lead and oversee all retail finance operations across stores and digital platforms.
- Ensure timely processing of finance cases from lead generation to disbursal.
- Drive adherence to SLAs, turnaround times, and documentation standards.
- Monitoring & Performance Management
- Track daily case progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure swift resolution.
- Build and manage dashboards for daily, weekly, and monthly performance visibility.
- Review finance penetration, approval ratios, and lender productivity with store and partner teams.
- Partner Coordination & Relationship Management
- Act as primary operational interface for banks, NBFCs, and fin-tech lenders.
- Ensure consistency in partner communication, escalation handling, and SLA compliance.
- Co-create process improvements and pilot initiatives with partner institutions.
- Reporting & Data Analytics
- Prepare periodic MIS and dashboards for sales and finance leadership.
- Analyze data to identify patterns in TAT, rejection reasons, and partner-level performance.
- Use insights to drive process improvements and enhance conversion rates.
- Process Improvement & Governance
- Standardize finance operations across stores; introduce best practices and digital tracking tools.
- Work with internal teams (Tech, Sales Ops, Finance) to automate workflows.
- Maintain governance on compliance, documentation, and reconciliation.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / MBA with 10–12 years of experience in retail finance or lending operations, preferably in auto / two-wheeler / used vehicle finance.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end loan operations and cross-functional teams.
- Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; working knowledge of Power BI / Tableau preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead independently with strong follow-through and operational discipline.
