Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Ops Head to lead and manage day-to-day operational activities at Transact Global. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include overseeing business operations across functions, developing strategies to enhance efficiency, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with organizational goals, and leading and mentoring teams for optimal performance. The Ops Head will also monitor key performance metrics and foster a culture of continuous improvement to deliver superior results for clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Operations Management skills, with experience in leading large-scale, multi-functional operations
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and develop data-driven strategies
- Proven Team Management abilities, including leadership, mentoring, and conflict resolution
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial oversight to drive cost efficiency and meet financial goals
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in an operations leadership role, with a preference for candidates with experience in outsourcing or similar industries
- Familiarity with automation, AI technologies, and process improvement tools is a plus
