Role Description
Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations with full plant P&L ownership while driving operational excellence, productivity, compliance, and business growth.
Build scalable systems, lead high-performing teams, and drive transformation initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, safety, and industrial engineering functions.
We are looking for a hands-on Operations Head to lead our manufacturing operations with full plant P&L ownership and drive the next phase of growth and operational excellence.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end plant operations across multiple functions
• Drive TPM, Lean, Kaizen, OEE & continuous improvement initiatives
• Build systems, SOPs, KPI frameworks & PMS from scratch
• Lead supply chain, compliance, safety & industrial engineering
• Drive cost optimisation, productivity & capacity expansion
• Build high-performing teams and ownership culture
• Lead ERP implementation and operational transformation initiatives
🔹 What We Are Looking For:
✔ Hands-on manufacturing leader with strong shop-floor presence
✔ System builder with experience creating operational frameworks
✔ Strong commercial acumen with ROI-driven decision making
✔ Experience handling large-scale manufacturing operations
✔ Comfortable working in a promoter-driven business environment
✔ Willingness to relocate to Pondicherry with family
🎓 Qualification: BE Mechanical (Essential),
MBA Operations Management (Preferred)
💼 Experience: 20–25 years (in engineering manufacturing / sheet metal / fabrication industry with strong multi-functional leadership exposure.)
