Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Lead located in Bengaluru. As an Operations Lead, you will oversee daily operations, streamline workflows, and ensure optimal team performance. Responsibilities include managing operational processes, coordinating between external and internal teams to meet objectives, monitoring key performance metrics, and driving strategic initiatives. You will also identify areas for improvement, implement efficiency-boosting solutions, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
🔧 WHAT YOU'LL DO
📄 Legal Notice Generation
→ Draft and dispatch legal notices (Section 138, SARFAESI, DRT demand notices) using MS Word templates
→ Run bulk operations for high-volume recovery campaigns
→ Maintain notice dispatch trackers in MS Excel
🔗 Internal Coordination
→ Bridge the gap between our Legal team and Operations team
→ Track TATs, follow up on escalations, circulate daily case updates
→ Coordinate with external agencies — process servers, courier partners, verification firms
📊 Data & Reporting (MS Excel)
→ Maintain master case trackers with pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP dashboards
→ Prepare weekly MIS reports for the Operations Manager
→ Validate and de-duplicate borrower data with strict DPDP Act compliance
🗂️ Client & Case File Management
→ Organise digital case files — court orders, acknowledgements, correspondence
→ Prepare status reports and summaries for bank and NBFC clients
→ Assist in onboarding new client portfolios onto the Legodesk platform

✅ YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE
✔️ 1–3 years in operations, legal support, or admin in a legal/BFSI/fintech environment
✔️ Intermediate MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, MIS) — this is non-negotiable
✔️ Strong MS Word skills — templates, mail merge, document formatting
✔️ Experience handling legal notices or business correspondence
✔️ High attention to detail — zero-error mindset on legal documents
✔️ Clear written communication in English + Hindi/Kannada
⭐ BONUS POINTS FOR
→ Prior experience at a law firm, NBFC, ARC, or legaltech company
→ Familiarity with Section 138 NI Act, SARFAESI, DRT, or IBC processes
→ Exposure to case management or CRM tools
