Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Operations role located in Jabalpur. The Operations role involves efficiently managing and streamlining day-to-day business processes within the organization. Responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, ensuring compliance with company policies, optimizing workflow, and supporting both internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational excellence. Additionally, the role requires assisting in reporting, process improvements, and delivering high-quality outcomes aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage and streamline business operations effectively
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to support process improvements and ensure compliance with policies
- Proficiency in communication and collaboration to work seamlessly with teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of financial services and understanding of SME financing, rural financing, or other related domains is a plus
- Familiarity with operational tools, reporting systems, and process tracking software
- Attention to detail, commitment to quality output, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in financial services operations or similar roles is an advantage
