Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Executive, based out of our Mumbai Division. The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day pest control operations, coordinating with clients, managing schedules, and ensuring quality service delivery. Responsibilities also include supervising service teams, maintaining compliance with safety protocols, and tracking service efficiency. The role requires effective problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills to maintain operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Operations Management and Workflow Optimization.
- Strong Communication, Client Coordination, and Relationship Management skills.
- Experience with Problem-solving, Team Leadership, and Staff Management.
- Knowledge of Industry Safety Standards and Compliance Requirements.
- Excellent Organizational, Scheduling, and Planning capabilities.
- Proficiency in using business and management software and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in pest control or facilities management is a plus.
