Job Summary
The Interior Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the interior division. This includes ensuring smooth project execution, effective team management, high client satisfaction, and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end interior design and execution projects
Oversee project planning, budgeting, and ensure timely delivery
Manage cross-functional teams including designers, site supervisors, and
Vendors
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency
Ensure quality control and adherence to design standards
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Monitor procurement, vendor management, and material sourcing
Drive business development and revenue growth for the interior division
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture,Civil Engineering, or related field
15–20 years of experience in interior design/execution, including leadership roles
Strong project management and team leadership skills
Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
Good knowledge of materials, vendors, and current market trends
Proficiency in design and project management tools
