Key Responsibilities:
- Overall expereince of 20 plus years
- Extensive expereince in BFS handling multiple accounts.
- Strong people management and customer relationship skills
- Experience with managed services
- Managing major BFS account portfolio (like $ 30 M) with 200 plus employees
- Support account mining, expansion initiatives, and delivery excellence programs.
- Manage distributed teams and ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and SLA adherence.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in explaining architecture decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven background in Banking domain architectures, including understanding of core banking processes, regulatory context, and domain-driven design patterns.
