The ideal candidate will have the responsibility of crafting, deploying, and running automated test scripts Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end UX design processes, including research, ideation, prototyping, and user testing. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, Marketing) to define user needs and business requirements. • Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) and analyze data to uncover user pain points and preferences. • Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and highfidelity visual designs. • Advocate for the user experience throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring that designs meet both user needs and business goals. • Create and maintain design systems and UI style guides to ensure consistency across products. • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level UX designers, providing feedback and fostering professional growth. • Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently. • Analyze and track design performance using metrics and user feedback to continually improve user experience. • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply industry best practices to all projects. • Present design concepts, research findings, and user experience strategies to stakeholders and senior leadership. Requirements: • Bachelors degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, HumanComputer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. • 4+ years of experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-toend design projects. • Expertise in user-centered design principles and a solid understanding of user research methodologies. • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. • Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability. • Experience creating and maintaining design systems and UI libraries. • Experience working closely with development teams to ensure design feasibility and proper implementation. • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to design for complex user flows and systems. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to advocate for design decisions clearly and persuasively. • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, or a related field. • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end development concepts is a plus • Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams. • Knowledge of accessibility standards and designing for inclusive user experiences. • Experience with advanced UX research techniques, such as A/B testing, eyetracking, and advanced usability testing methods.
