Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Operation Intern role located in Noida. The Operation Intern will support marketplace management by assisting with operational tasks such as order processing, inventory tracking, and supply chain coordination. Responsibilities will include working on project management, helping improve operational workflows, analyzing performance data, and supporting sales initiatives to meet business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and propose improvements
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder interaction
- Basic knowledge of sales and understanding of customer-focused strategies
- Experience or interest in Operations Management and Project Management
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

- Enrollment in a relevant bachelor's degree program or recent graduate
