Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operator for Shredder and Ballistic Separator at Enviro Enablers India Private Limited, based in Delhi, India. The Operator will be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of shredders and ballistic separators. They will monitor machinery, troubleshoot issues, ensure equipment is running efficiently, perform routine maintenance checks, and adhere to safety protocols. Compliance with operational guidelines and proactive communication with the team are key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Experience in operating and maintaining shredders, compactors, and ballistic separators
- Knowledge of equipment troubleshooting and basic mechanical repairs
- Ability to follow operational guidelines and adhere to safety protocols
- Familiarity with waste management processes and industrial recycling operations is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail with problem-solving and organizational skills
- Physical ability to handle operations in on-site industrial environments
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus
