Role Description This full-time, on-site Operator role is based in Khammam and involves supporting daily manufacturing and processing activities. The Operator will handle machinery and equipment, follow standard operating procedures, monitor production parameters, and report any issues to supervisors. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and safety in the work area, performing basic quality checks, and complying with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The role also requires accurate documentation of production data and effective coordination with team members and other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to operate and monitor production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably in food, ingredients, or herbal extract industries.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety protocols.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with supervisors and colleagues.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required and to stand for extended periods in a production environment.
- Minimum educational background in high school or vocational training; technical diploma in a relevant field is an advantage.
- Knowledge of basic quality checks and documentation practices; prior experience in a factory or plant setting is preferred.
- Commitment to workplace safety, hygiene, and continuous learning of new processes and equipment.
