Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vadodara for an ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) / STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) Operator. The operator will be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the treatment plant, including monitoring the plant's performance, performing regular inspections, conducting routine and preventive maintenance tasks, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. The role requires strict adherence to safety protocols, reporting performance data, and troubleshooting operational issues as needed.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of ETP/STP plant operations, including system processes and maintenance
- Basic technical skills, including handling plant equipment and tools
- Understanding of environmental laws and compliance requirements
- Attention to detail for monitoring plant conditions and identifying potential issues
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills related to operational challenges
- Ability to work independently and maintain safety standards
- Prior experience in water treatment operations or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in wastewater treatment are an advantage
