Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Operator role located in Andhra Pradesh, India. The Operator is responsible for running and monitoring dairy processing equipment, following standard operating procedures, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the work area. Daily tasks include loading and unloading materials, checking machine settings, recording basic production data, and reporting any equipment issues to supervisors. The Operator also supports routine quality checks, adheres to safety and food safety guidelines, and works collaboratively with other team members to meet production targets. Flexibility to work in shifts and stand for extended periods is required.
Qualifications
- Ability to understand and follow standard operating procedures and basic production instructions.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with automated or semi-automated machinery.
- Attention to detail, with a focus on hygiene, safety, and quality in a food production environment.
- Ability to record simple data accurately and communicate issues clearly to supervisors and team members.
- Willingness to work in shifts, perform manual tasks, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, food processing, or dairy operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum high school education or equivalent; vocational training in dairy or industrial operations is beneficial.
