Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a skilled Operator located in Coimbatore. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures, monitoring product quality, and contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. Additional responsibilities may include troubleshooting equipment, maintaining documentation, and working collaboratively with teams to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Technical aptitude with experience in operating machinery and performing basic maintenance
- Understanding of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining safe work practices
- Knowledge of production processes and quality monitoring techniques
- Teamwork, effective communication, and strong problem-solving skills
- Basic technical or vocational training in a relevant field (preferred)
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus
- Willingness to adapt to flexible schedules and work in a fast-paced environment
