Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operator based in Bhubaneswar. The role entails overseeing daily operations, monitoring equipment performance, and maintaining safety and productivity standards. Additional responsibilities include analyzing and addressing operational issues, ensuring the smooth execution of processes, and collaborating with team members and leaders. While the role is primarily onsite in Bhubaneswar, occasional work-from-home arrangements may be expected as part of the flexible working environment.
Qualifications
- Operational knowledge of machinery and equipment, with a focus on troubleshooting and maintenance
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in industrial or manufacturing environments
