Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Operator for a full-time, on-site position located in Ludhiana. The Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring smooth production processes, monitoring equipment performance, and identifying and troubleshooting any technical issues. The role also includes following safety protocols, maintaining accurate records of operations, and collaborating with the production team to meet quality and output standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining machinery and equipment
- Basic technical knowledge and the ability to identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Understanding of safety protocols and adherence to workplace safety standards
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate operational records
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to operational changes
- Previous experience in an automotive or manufacturing setting is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent education; additional technical certifications are advantageous
