Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Operator role located in Ibrahimpatnam. The Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery used in the production of superior-quality polymer products. Day-to-day tasks will include equipment setup, maintaining optimal production parameters, conducting routine inspections, identifying and troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The role requires collaboration with other team members to maximize operational efficiency and meet production targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining industrial machinery used in the manufacturing process
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and quality standards in an industrial environment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for machinery-related issues
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and communicate effectively
- Flexibility to work in a manufacturing environment and handle physical tasks as needed
- Previous experience in the chemicals or related manufacturing industries is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training is an advantage
