Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Operator based in Sadar. The Operator will oversee the daily functionality and operations of solar energy systems, ensuring their optimal performance. Responsibilities include monitoring system performance, conducting routine maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and adhering to safety protocols. Collaboration with the technical and maintenance teams will be key to achieve operational efficiency and long-term performance of the systems.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in operating and maintaining solar energy systems, and basic technical understanding of electrical or mechanical components related to solar power.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues, conduct regular inspections, and perform system diagnostics efficiently and effectively.
- Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and safety practices in handling equipment and performing maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills to ensure seamless operations.
- Experience in working with renewable energy systems or a technical role in a similar domain is advantageous.
- Basic educational qualifications in engineering, technical studies, or an equivalent field is required.
