Role Overview
This is a full-time remote role for a technically savvy professional capable of managing professional coaching ecosystems and web development ventures. You will own the technical stack, lead generation, and workflow optimization for global clients, ensuring all digital assets and CRM pipelines are managed with precision.
Detailed Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in professional support or operations, with a primary focus on managing Salesforce environments and maintaining/updating websites using AI-powered Web Builders.
- Direct Executive Support: Proven experience working directly with CEOs or Founders in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal English is mandatory. You must be able to pass a voice screening to demonstrate a clear professional phone presence and a neutral/US-compatible accent.
- Lead Generation & social media: Ability to execute targeted outreach campaigns (LinkedIn/Email) and manage professional social media profiles to drive brand awareness.
- Web Development: Hands-on experience with modern web tools (e.g., Lovable, Framer, or similar AI-driven platforms) to build, edit, and optimize landing pages.
- Technical Savvy: Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, and AI tools (ChatGPT/Gemini/Zapier) to automate and optimize daily output.
- Shift Commitment: Full and consistent availability for the New York (EST) Night Shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Systems & Salesforce Management: Full ownership of Salesforce data hygiene, lead tracking, and student/client management
- Web Dev & Digital Assets: Maintaining and updating professional websites and digital course modules using AI-driven platforms
- Lead Generation: Moving brands from word-of-mouth to active growth through structured outreach and lead list building
- Social Media Management: Executing social media strategies to maintain a professional brand presence
- Project Oversight: Setting up and managing workflows in Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com to ensure zero-lag execution
- Reporting: Providing daily EOD (End of Day) updates to ensure high-quality execution and transparency
