What you'll be doing
• Managing policy issuance and servicing operations across multiple insurers
• Handling endorsements, corrections, and policy servicing requests
• Coordinating with insurance companies for operational support
• Ensuring smooth processing and quick turnaround times
• Supporting internal teams with operational expertise
You’ll enjoy this role if
✔ You have experience in insurance broking / insurance operations
✔ You know your way around insurer portals and policy workflows
✔ You’re the person who likes bringing order to operational chaos
