Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Operations Team Member to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. As an essential contributor, you will oversee and manage daily operations to ensure operational efficiency, coordinate cross-team efforts, assist in project management, support sales initiatives, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. This is an on-site role that requires a hands-on approach to advancing our sustainability mission.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Operations Management and Project Management to effectively oversee processes and ensure successful project execution
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize operations
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and external partners
- Experience or expertise in Sales to support revenue-driven initiatives
- Problem-solving mindset with organizational skills to address challenges proactively
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site capacity in Jaipur
- Previous experience in a similar role or working in the sustainability/environmental sector is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Environmental Studies, or a related field is an advantage
