We are Hiring for our Construction Finance Operations Teams at our Head Office in Mumbai
Reporting to: Chief Manager
Job Description:
Role: Support Business and Credit Team with respect to Construction Finance Business.
Key Responsibility:
Documentations-Drafting Documents, including Execution, completing Loan Documents.
System Entry of the Deals with accuracy and completing UAT Testing and System Compliances.
Managing Storage Vendors. (Storage and Retrieval of documents) and Inventory Audits.
Handling of Disbursement of Construction Finance.
Vendor Payment in a timely manner with respect to Construction Finance Vendors.
Escrow Account opening process
ROC Filing, CERSAI Filing and other compliance data as requested.
Handling multiple kinds of Audit.
Pendency’s with respect to Disbursements – Reminders to the team with respect to open Compliances.
Desired Experience: 2-5 Years in Operations Team of NBFC or Banking Environment with Wholesale Lending experience.
Candidates should have good understanding of Lending Business.
Qualifications: Post Graduate or Graduate from any Stream.
