Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Operations Team Leader. The role involves overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, managing teams to meet performance goals, analyzing operational data, and developing strategies for optimization. The Operations Team Leader will also ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while coordinating cross-functional efforts to meet organizational objectives.
Qualifications

- Proven experience in a leadership role within logistics, supply chain, or operations is advantageous.
