Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Team Lead based in Siddapur. The Operations Team Lead will oversee daily operations, manage team members, and ensure efficient workflows to deliver excellence. Responsibilities involve driving operational improvements, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and analyzing team performance to achieve organizational goals.
