About the Role:
We are looking for a sincere, organised, and KPI-oriented Operations Team Lead to oversee day-to-day operational activities within a medical equipment business. The ideal candidate will have an operations or medical background, some familiarity with medical equipment, and the ability to manage processes, coordinate with teams, and ensure operational targets are consistently achieved. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in the medical equipment industry and grow into a larger operational leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate day-to-day business operations.
Monitor operational KPIs, targets, and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation.
Identify operational delays, gaps, and inefficiencies and take corrective action.
Assist in planning and improving operational processes.
Ensure customer and internal requirements are followed through to completion.
Monitor inventory, equipment movement, orders, deliveries, and related operational activities.
Support management with regular operational reports and performance updates.
Maintain a disciplined, professional, and accountable work environment.
Candidate Requirements:
2–6 years of work experience in operations, medical equipment, healthcare, or a related industry.
Educational or professional background in Operations, Medical/Healthcare, or medical equipment.
Comfortable working with KPIs.
Good communication and follow-up abilities.
Ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously.
Sincere, dependable, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities.
Comfortable working in an in-office environment in Dilshad Garden.
What We Offer:
₹30,000–₹45,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
