- 3.6+ years of experience in an international contact center (Inbound Voice)
- Excellent communication and active listening skills to handle US customers effectively
- Prior experience in US/UK/Australian customer support with understanding of regional customer behavior and expectations
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries in a timely and professional manner
- Deliver high-quality customer service while adhering to defined processes and SLAs
- Exhibit empathy and patience while dealing with diverse customer scenarios
- Meet individual and team performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, and productivity targets
