Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for an Operations Team Lead based in Delhi, India. The Operations Team Lead will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, driving process improvements, and ensuring adherence to performance metrics. Key tasks include managing a team effectively, analyzing operational data to make informed decisions, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and fostering effective communication within the team and with other stakeholders. The role requires a hands-on approach to ensuring operational excellence while mentoring team members.
Qualifications
- Proven abilities in Operations Management and process optimization
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and client relationship management skills
- Exceptional People Management skills, including team leadership and staff development
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for evaluating operational performance data and implementing improvements
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Prior experience in operational leadership roles is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, or a related field (preferred)
