Hiring: Team Leader – Call Centre Operations (UAE Project)
We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader with strong communication skills and experience in retail sales processes to lead a high-performing call center team.
Location: Noida
Shift: Rotational
Working Days: 6 days a week (Rotational off)
Calling Window: 10:30 AM – 2:30 AM
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of CSR’s for daily call center operations
Ensure achievement of KPIs, SLAs, and sales targets
Handle customer queries, escalations, and floor support
Analyze performance metrics and improve efficiency
Conduct training, coaching, and performance reviews
Requirements:
Graduate from a recognized university
Minimum 2+ years of experience in BPO/ITES (1+ year as Team Leader)
Experience in retail sales process is mandatory
Excellent communication skills
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
