Operations Team Lead
Role Overview
We are looking for an Operations Team Lead who can take ownership of revenue, process excellence, people leadership, coaching, workforce planning, communication, and discipline while driving strong operational outcomes.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in sales team management or a leadership role
• Must own a laptop
• Willing to work from office at Chaoni, Nagpur (Near Poonam Chambers)
• 6 Days Work From Office: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)
Shift Timings
• 7:00 AM – 11:30 AM
• 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Salary
₹5–8 LPA (Annual CTC)
Key Responsibilities
• Drive revenue growth, monitor trends, and improve conversion outcomes
• Ensure smooth pipeline management, process adherence, CRM accuracy, and quality control
• Build a strong accountability-driven and positive team culture
• Conduct coaching sessions, call reviews, and skill development activities
• Manage workforce planning, capacity allocation, and operational continuity
• Maintain high standards of communication, discipline, and patient handling
