The Role
We're hiring an Operations Team Lead to manage a team of 10 on the ground in Bengaluru. This is a hands-on leadership role — you'll be in the field, solving problems in real-time, and driving execution across our operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of 10 operations professionals
- Own day-to-day operational execution and troubleshooting on the ground
- Build scalable processes and systems as we deploy our $22M raise
- Drive accountability through metrics, reporting, and team development
- Work cross-functionally to align operations with growth objectives
- Be present where the work happens — not behind a desk
What We're Looking For
- 3-5+ years in operations, with 2+ years managing teams
- Proven track record leading teams of 5-15 people
- Hands-on mindset — comfortable being in the field daily
- Strong problem-solving skills and bias for action
- Excellent communication and people leadership abilities
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Experience scaling operations in startup or growth-stage companies (preferred)
