ARCHER enables law firms to focus on their litigation while ensuring that critical pre-settlement and post-settlement administration documents, services, business analytics and reporting are handled efficiently and effectively.
About the Role: The Team Lead QSF Admin is responsible for all activities of QSF Admin process, and ensuring that the internal systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth. This position will supervise the QSF Admin team in maintaining an eye on disbursement requests and/or any urgent request received from the US team. This position will work closely with other departments of the company in India and US.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, directing, and coordinating all QSF Admin activities with India and US team
- Partner with onshore team to ensure that necessary transactions related to QSF Admin are processed promptly
- Train, develop and lead the team with the goal of maximizing the strengths of each team member to create an efficient, highly functioning team; contribute actively towards employee performance evaluation
- Understand and adhere to all company policies, including but not limited to security, trade secrets and confidentiality of all information
- Effective delivery management, by ensuring high work volume in agreed timelines
- Implement smooth transition of process to India team based on strategic roadmap and timely deployment
- Effective people management of the span and ensure data driven performance management is done
- Responsible to groom people and make them ready for the next level
Qualifications:
- Graduation (Bachelors/Masters) degree preferably General Accounting/Commerce background.
- 5+ years of experience in BPO/KPO industry, including 2-3 years of experience in Team handling
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate on audio/video call with onshore team
- Comfortable and highly proficient in working with medium to large sets of data in spreadsheets and other information systems
- Advanced Excel skills: Data Operation, Conditional Formatting, Lookup Functions, Logical Functions, MATCH and SUBTOTAL Functions, Macro, Pivot Tables, Etc
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal with Excellent analytical and problem solving ability
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and PowerPoint

- Job requires to be flexible to work in any shift and/or on Indian holidays as well
- Articulate and comfortable working with internal & external clients real-time via call as well as via email; customer service driven
- Supporting & coordinating with onshore team based out of US offices
