Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Support Executive located in Gurugram. The Operations Support Executive will handle day-to-day operational tasks, support the implementation of operational processes, and contribute to effective operations management. Responsibilities include maintaining clear communication across teams, analyzing operational performance, and supporting the optimization of resources to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management processes and practices.
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify trends, solve problems, and improve operational efficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using operational tools and software; familiarity with data analysis tools is an advantage.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field is required.
- Prior experience in an operations or customer support role is a plus.
