📌 Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Support Executive - International Residency Programme to manage end-to-end processing of International Residency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling documentation, coordinating with clients and legal partners, and ensuring timely and compliant submission of visa applications.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete processing of International Residency applications from onboarding to approval
- Review and verify client documentation to ensure compliance with immigration requirements
- Coordinate with legal partners, consultants, and government authorities
- Assist clients with document collection, formatting, translation, and legalization requirements
- Guide clients through pre- and post-approval processes
- Maintain accurate records and case tracking in internal systems
- Respond to client queries via email, calls, and CRM platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor application timelines and proactively follow up on pending cases
- Stay updated with the latest Immigration Laws
- Support in drafting client communications, checklists, and process documentation
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience
🧠 Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Client-centric approach with problem-solving mindset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic understanding of immigration/visa processes (preferred)
- Ability to work under deadlines and given TAT
🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduation in Law
- Only Law Graduates Preferred
- Familiarity with document handling, legal paperwork, and compliance
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers can apply)
- Good multitasking ability and strong written & spoken English
- Proofreading and scrutiny of documents
