About the Role:
HACA is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Support Executive to manage sales operations and coordinate training activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CRM management, preferably Lead Squared (LSQ), and strong knowledge of EdTech sales onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Support:
- Monitor and manage lead flow through LSQ CRM.
- Ensure accurate lead assignment and data tracking.
- Support onboarding of new sales team members (system access, tools, and process guidance).
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
Training Support:
- Coordinate and schedule sales training sessions.
- Assist in EdTech sales onboarding programs.
- Track trainee performance and maintain training records.
- Prepare training materials and documentation.
- Ensure smooth communication between trainers and sales teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year experience in Operations / Training Support.
- Hands-on experience with Lead Squared (LSQ).
- Knowledge of EdTech sales processes.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
