Job Description:
Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Operations Support Role to join our customer support team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others, possess excellent communication skills, and be eager to learn about our educational products and services. As a Operations Support Role, you will be the first point of contact for our students, providing assistance and ensuring a positive learning experience.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Customer Assistance: Respond to student inquiries and provide support through our chat platform, addressing questions related to course content, technical issues, and general inquiries.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve student issues efficiently, escalating more complex problems to senior support staff when necessary.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest course offerings, platform updates, and company policies to provide accurate and timely information to students. Requirements:
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing student concerns.
Customer Service Orientation: A genuine desire to help students and ensure their satisfaction with our courses.
Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of online learning platforms and the ability to troubleshoot common technical issues.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
Skills Required:
Fluency in Telugu & English
Good communication
Basics of excel and patience
