Job Title: Operations & Supply Chain ExecutiveExperience:6 Months – 1 Year
Location:Gurugram, Haryana
Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive Operations & Supply Chain Executive to manage end-to-end operations for fresh produce, including leafy greens (e.g., Bok Choy), and ensure seamless coordination across HoReCa, retail, and direct distribution channels. This role is critical in maintaining product freshness, inventory accuracy, and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operations related to harvesting, packing, and dispatch of fresh produce
- Track and maintain inventory for perishable goods, ensuring minimal wastage and optimal stock levels
- Coordinate with farm teams, packaging units, and logistics partners for smooth supply flow
- Handle order processing for HoReCa clients, retail partners, and direct customers
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery while maintaining product quality standards
- Monitor cold chain (if applicable) and ensure freshness is maintained throughout the supply cycle
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and daily operations
- Work closely with sales teams to align supply with demand forecasts
- Identify and resolve operational challenges in real-time
Requirements- 6 months to 1 year of experience in operations, supply chain, or inventory management (FMCG/Fresh produce preferred)
- Basic understanding of perishable supply chains and inventory handling
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel or inventory management tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-ground operations environment
Preferred Skills- Experience with fresh produce / Agri supply chains / HoReCa distribution
- Understanding of shelf life, wastage control, and quality checks
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Good communication skills for cross-team coordination
