Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day theatre operations including box office, food & beverage, and guest services.
• Ensure smooth running of movie shows as per schedule.
• Monitor staff performance and guide team members during shifts.
• Handle guest queries, complaints, and ensure excellent customer service.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards across the theatre.
• Coordinate with technical and housekeeping teams for smooth operations.
• Prepare daily operational reports and update management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards.
