Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Supervisor based in Ahmedabad. The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure adherence to production schedules, and manage teams to optimize efficiency and productivity. The role includes monitoring performance metrics, addressing operational challenges, and implementing process improvements. Additionally, the Operations Supervisor will ensure compliance with quality standards and maintain effective communication across departments.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and experience in team management
- Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management
- Analytical Skills with the ability to identify and resolve challenges efficiently
- Effective Communication skills for cross-team coordination and clear reporting
- Attention to detail and commitment to upholding quality standards
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial operations preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment
