About Happy Live Cultures
Happy Live Cultures is a growing food and wellness brand focused on bringing quality fermented and probiotic products to customers across India.
We are looking for an Operations & Fulfilment Executive who can take ownership of our day-to-day order fulfilment operations and ensure that everything runs smoothly — from the moment an order is received until it reaches the customer.
This is a hands-on role that involves managing the packing team, coordinating daily operations, and making sure orders are processed, packed, dispatched, and delivered efficiently.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Team & Packing Operations
* Manage and coordinate the day-to-day work of the packing team.
* Allocate packing tasks and ensure work is completed on time.
* Make sure products are packed safely, accurately, and according to company standards.
* Check packed orders and ensure there are no product, quantity, or labelling errors.
* Ensure the packing area is clean, organized, and operationally efficient.
* Train and guide new packing staff whenever required.
Order Fulfilment & Dispatch
* Monitor incoming orders and ensure they are processed within the required timelines.
* Track packed, pending, and dispatched orders.
* Coordinate daily courier pickups and ensure shipments are handed over properly.
* Check that shipping labels, addresses, and order details are accurate.
* Monitor shipments and coordinate with courier partners when issues arise.
* Follow up on delayed, undelivered, or returned shipments.
End-to-End Operations
* Take ownership of the complete order fulfilment process — Order → Packing → Dispatch → Transit → Delivery.
* Identify operational issues and take quick action to resolve them.
* Coordinate between the packing team, courier partners, and internal team.
* Ensure there are no unnecessary delays in order processing or dispatch.
* Maintain proper records of orders, shipments, stock, and operational activities.
* Help improve existing processes to make daily operations faster and more efficient.
* Assist with other operational requirements of the office whenever needed.

Freshers can apply if they demonstrate good communication, responsibility, leadership potential, and a willingness to learn.
Previous experience in operations, e-commerce, order fulfilment, warehouse management, logistics, or team supervision will be an advantage.
🕐 Working Schedule
Monday – Friday: Full Day
Saturday: Half Day
Sunday: Holiday
⏰ Working Hours: Approximately 7.5–8 hours per day
