Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Supervisor located in Nainital. The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage on-ground staff, and ensure the highest standard of guest service and property care. Key responsibilities include coordinating operational processes, monitoring performance, and implementing efficient workflows. The individual will also tackle challenges with data-driven problem-solving and foster clear and effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to effectively lead and manage teams
- Experience with Operations and Operations Management to ensure smooth processes and efficiency
- Proven Analytical Skills to identify issues, improve processes, and develop solutions
- Excellent Communication skills for clear interactions with team members, guests, and stakeholders
- Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic situations and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
- Experience in the hospitality or property management industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
