We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Supervisor to manage and oversee phlebotomist operations. The ideal candidate should have strong operational knowledge, team handling experience, and the ability to ensure smooth execution of daily field activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise phlebotomist operations on a day-to-day basis
• Ensure timely sample collection and adherence to service quality standards
• Handle team allocation, route planning, and scheduling
• Monitor performance, productivity, and SLA adherence
• Resolve operational issues and escalate when required
• Maintain coordination with internal teams and clients
