Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Supervisor, located in Bhiwandi. The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage workflow efficiency and ensure adherence to company standards and safety procedures. The position involves supervising team performance, optimizing processes, handling operational challenges and ensuring quality compliance. The Operations Supervisor will also communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and achieve defined objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and proven ability to lead, mentor and motivate teams effectively.
- Experience in Operations and Operations Management, with a focus on process optimization and workflow improvement.
- Proficient in Analytical Skills to evaluate performance data, solve operational challenges and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent Communication skills for team coordination, stakeholder interaction and reporting.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations, particularly related to warehouse and logistics management.
- Bachelor’s degree, Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in operations or logistics is a plus.
