🚀 We’re Hiring | Customer Success Executive / Operations - Success Executive

📍 Location: Ahmedabad

Dsoft Group of Companies is hiring a Customer Success Executive for SuvarnaSetu – Jeweller’s Business App.

🔹 Experience: 1–3 years

🔹 CTC: ₹2.5 – ₹3.25 LPA (Depends upon Interview)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle B2B & B2C clients and provide end-to-end support

• Client onboarding, training & relationship management

• Coordinate with technical teams for app & website delivery

• CRM handling, documentation & basic MIS reporting

• Ensure timely project closures and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Any Graduate / Diploma

• Good communication & convincing skills

• Basic technical understanding & CRM exposure preferred
