The Role
We're hiring an Operations Associate to work directly with the founder and keep everything running behind the scenes. While others handle outreach and events, you're the one making sure the founder's time, priorities, and internal systems don't fall apart under the pace of the company. This is a high-ownership role — you'll be expected to spot what's broken or missing and fix it without being asked.
What you'll do
- Own internal operations and help the company run smoothly.
- Drive projects from idea to execution.
- Keep teams aligned and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Build systems and processes that help us scale.
- Work directly with the founders on the company's highest-priority initiatives.
- Step in wherever the company needs it most.
What We're Looking For
- Organised person.
- Ability to work independently.
- Recent graduates or graduated within the last two years.
- Can bring order to ambiguity, not just tolerate it.
- Detail-oriented enough to catch what others miss.
- Someone who has run the back-end of something before.
Compensation: $450-$1200 depending on expertise
