We’re a consulting business helping beginners and career switchers build AI-powered marketing agencies. We’re now looking for a Associate to work directly with the Founder and help scale the business across operations, strategy, and execution.
This is a high-ownership, high-learning role—not a traditional corporate job.
What You’ll
- DoAct as a force multiplier for the Founder (buy back founder time)
- Support strategy, decision-making, and execution
- Analyze and improve sales funnels, processes, and systems
- Build internal SOPs, workflows, and operational structure
- Turn ideas into execution across the business
- Take ownership of projects end-to-end in a fast-moving environment
Who This Role Is For
- Ex McKinsey / Bain / BCG or Tier-1 consulting / strategy backgroundOR graduates from IITs / IIMs / ISB or similar elite institutions
- Age range: 23–28
- Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Excellent English communication
- High work ethic, fast learner, low ego
- Comfortable with ambiguity, responsibility, and direct founder interaction
- Entrepreneurial mindset—curious, proactive, and execution-focused
