Role Overview:The Operations Specialist / Admin is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, administrative coordination, and supporting internal teams with operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily administrative and operational activities of the office
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for smooth operations
- Handle office facilities, supplies, and asset management
- Maintain records, documents, and reports accurately
- Support HR and finance teams with basic coordination tasks (attendance, invoices, etc.)
- Assist in organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and company events
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
- Address and resolve day-to-day operational issues
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–2 years of experience in operations/admin roles
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
